1 Bad River Reservation
Находится в штате Висконсин; площадь 498 кв. км. В 1990 здесь жили 1295 человек племени чиппева [ Chippewa]. Крупнейшая по площади резервация чиппева в штате. Имеет около 30 км береговой линии озера Верхнего [ Lake Superior] и свыше 160 км рек и ручьев; болота Какагон - топь площадью 28 кв. км - являются национальным природным памятником [national natural landmark], где обширны заросли дикого риса - традиционного продукта питания племени - и водятся многие виды уток. Свыше 80 га земель резервации расположены на острове Маделин [Madeline Island]. Комплекс изучения наследия племени [Living Center] служит музеем, там проводятся занятия искусствами и ремеслами и проходят традиционные обряды похорон; летом архивы открыты для посетителей. Здесь проводится пау-вау в честь дикого риса [Manomin Pow-Wow]. Имеется игорный комплекс, включающий зал для бинго и казино.
